Ongoing management of existing projects is crucial to providing the investor returns we’ve been able to produce in our full cycle projects. Here are the ongoing projects with some specifics that make them unique.  All assets represented below are fully capitalized and are no longer open for investment.

The project named "Mercantile Lofts" will be a 248 unit multifamily community in Arlington, TX. The project broke ground May 2025.

"The Alexander" is a development of 388 multifamily units located in the affluent DFW suburb of Mansfield, Texas. The project broke ground in 2024.

Bridgeview broke ground February, 2024 on a 356-unit multifamily residential community in New Braunfels, TX, named "Landhaus at Gruene".

The Fund has a dual investment strategy. These new developments are focused on access to retail, close proximity to upscale single family housing, quality schools, and transportation arteries.

BV Capital raised $11.5MM to provide bridge capital for the purchase of a 50 bed Inpatient Neuro Rehabilitation Hospital. The property is located in North Sacramento, CA along Interstate 5.

The Fund is a diversified portfolio of triple net leased (NNN) assets deemed essential and / or mission critical to the tenant.

The portfolio consists of two stabilized student housing properties, "Liberty Lofts" at Texas Christian University (TCU) in Fort Worth, TX and "Midtown Urban" at The University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) in Arlington, TX.

The Adelphi is a four-story wrap-style apartment in the highly sought-after Design District area near downtown Dallas. This is a modern, value-add offering that will be structured through a 1031/DST.

Bridgeview acquired 6.34 acres for the construction a 248-unit multifamily project in Arlington, TX. This project will be a “Class A” multifamily hybrid wrap/garden-style residential community

mixed-use

Bridgeview Real Estate raised $4.3M from individual investors as well as an insurance company to acquire 14 acres located at the corner of Alpha and Inwood in the highly desirable Dallas Galleria area in 2013.

A 127 acre mixed-use project in Corpus Christi, TX. The first phase of the project will include a 300 plus unit class A multifamily property.  The property is located next to the Texas A&M Corpus Christi campus.

student housing

A value add student housing portfolio consisting of properties at TCU and the University of Texas at Arlington. Both schools are experiencing significant enrollment growth and are within 1/2 mile of campus. 

land

Bridgeview acquired 22 acres for the construction a 360-unit multifamily project in Denton, TX.  This project is directly adjacent to another Bridgeview sister property, named Woods at Forest Crossing.

The Villas at Sierra Vista Apartments are a 227 Unit workforce housing multifamily property about 9 miles west of Fort Worth, TX.  Sierra Vista was purchased by a Bridgeview affiliate as a distressed property.
