Alpha West

Land - Prior Use

Bridgeview Real Estate raised $4.3M from individual investors as well as an insurance company to acquire 14 acres at the corner of Alpha and Inwood in the highly desirable Dallas Galleria area in 2013.  The site was formerly a Great Indoors home interior decorating store with adjacent warehouse owned by Sears.  Both buildings have been demolished as the site is being completely transformed into a full mixed use development.

Phase One - Multifamily

Bridgeview entered into a co-development partnership with JPI in 2016 to build 409 upscale multifamily units on the south 5 acres of the site.  The four story project has all the amenities and then some.  The units wrap around a private parking garage complete with bike storage and a pet spa.  The property also boasts a resort pool, grilling station, fitness center, sky lounge, business center, clubroom and yoga studio.  The multifamily property was sold in June of 2021.

Phase Two - Hotel, Office & Retail

Bridgeview is set to begin phase two in 2024 now that the apartments have been sold.  Development partners are in place for both the hotel and the office building. The office building is slated to be a 10 story building located on the east side of the property.  The hotel brand will be an Aloft Hotel which will be located on the west side of the property on Alpha Road, which will allow for the parking garage to be in the central position on the site.  The position of the garage will also allow us to use it as the back drop for the retail plaza created with a central green and several restaurants with outdoor patios.  The site's density has been increased significantly.
